These terms apply to your use of this website and to inspection requests made through it with Providence Construction Group ("PCG," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking an inspection, you agree to them.
The roof inspection offered on this site is free and carries no obligation to buy. Inspections are available to property owners, or people authorized by the owner, in our service area. We may decline or reschedule an inspection for weather, safety or availability reasons.
Any findings, estimates or recommendations from an inspection are not a contract. Roofing work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by you and PCG, which will state the scope, price, schedule and warranty.
If you have storm damage, we can help you understand the claim process and meet with your adjuster. Coverage and claim decisions are made by your insurance company, and we cannot guarantee any claim outcome.
Financing is offered through third-party lenders, subject to credit approval and the lender's terms.
A lifetime warranty is available on qualifying roof systems only. Coverage depends on the materials and system installed and is governed by the written warranty provided with your signed agreement.
